Die Conversion Rate ist eine relative Kennzahl. Sie ergibt sich aus folgender Formel:


Conversion Rate = Anteil der Besucher:innen mit einer Conversion / Besucher:innen insgesamt * 100

Im Schnitt sollte eine Conversion Rate zwischen 2 und 3 Prozent betragen.
